论我国律师从业资格取得制度

随着我国加入WTO，律师行业的整体素质和竞争力急待提高，这首先要求从源头上加以限制，即对取得律师从业资格的条件和方式予以规范。而我国受历史和实践的影响，现行的律师从业资格取得制度并不能起到源头的过滤挑选作用，因而有必要借鉴国外的相关做法，完善我国的律师从业资格取得制度。

On Obtaining Lawyer Qualification in Our Country

The total quality and competive ability in the profession of lawyer need improving after China being a member of WWTO, which firstly means limiting from the beginning that is, standardizing the conditions and ways to obtain lawer qualifications. However, the current system of obtaining lawyer qualifications can'' t he made use of because of the affection of history and practice. Therefore, we should make it better on the base of learning from foreign countries.
