| Abstract: | Judicature should be of independence, the realization of the judicial independence depends on its impetus factors. The main factors which promote our nation to realize the judicial independence are: the distinguish on the theory of judicial independence, the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the progress of the political system reform and the establishment of relations mutually on the law workers and the civilians. |
