樟子松球果象甲航空飞机防治实施技术与效果

摘    要:为了有效控制红花尔基地区樟子松种实害虫为害,对红花尔基樟子松种实害虫种类进行了调查,明确了樟子松球果象甲为红花尔基地区主要种实害虫,占种实害虫危害率的72.0%;同时对樟子松球果象甲系统发育地位进行了分析,发现樟子松球果象甲rRNA28S基因与本属(Pissodes)象鼻虫同源性最高,其次为Curculio象鼻虫。另外,2016年在种实害虫发生情况监测的基础上,采取3%高效氯氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂对140.4km^2松林进行航空飞机防治,平均防治成本为2.18万元/km^2,林间药效试验樟子松球果象甲校正死亡率为97.14%,防治区内樟子松球果象甲死亡率>52.00%;球果被害率减退25.32%,挽回种子损失55805.62kg,取得良好的防治效果。

Abstract:The species of the pests occurring in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica in Honghuaerji area were investigated for the effective management.The results showed that Pissodes validirostris was the main pest,accounted for 72.0% of the seed pests.Meanwhile,the systematic status of the elephant armor was analyzed.It was found that rRNA 28S gene of P.validirostris had the highest homology with the genus Pissodes ,and second homology with the genus Curculio .In addition,P.validirostris aerial control was carried out in P.sylvestris var.mongolica forest with an area of 140.4 km 2 in Honghuaerji by using 3% beta-cypermethrin microcapsule suspension in 2016 with an average cost of 21 800 yuan/km 2,mortality rate was 97.14%,damaged cones was reduced by 25.32%,and 55 805.62 kg seeds were saved.
