| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了道家无为而治的基本取向及与民休息的施政策略,进而论述道家无为而治思想对政治文明建设的影响,,最后指出老子的施政策略实质上是一种改革政治体制弊端的以便更好为百姓服务的政治伦理思想,其理论价值对我国当今社会的建设具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the basic strategy of governing by inaction and relaxing the civilian in Taoism.And then it analyzes that the thought of governing by inaction has influenced the construction of political civilization and its essence is the political ethics thought of reforming the political system and serving the community.The theoretic value is of great practical importance to our social construction. |
