| 摘 要： | 竹子是禾本科(Gramineae)竹亚科(Bambusoideae)竹类植物的总称。全世界约有78属1400多种,生长在热带和亚热带地区。我国地处世界竹子的分布中心,是主要产竹国之一。 竹子细胞染色体方面的研究,据文献所查,国外已有60多年的历史,对许多种和变种、类型作了染色体计数,而国内除许建昌教授(台湾)外,严天民、张光楚等近年也有报道,到目前为上,约有29属的150多种和变种、类型有染色体资料。

| Abstract: | This paper deal with numbers of chromosome for Bambusoideae. The chromosomes of the somatic cells in the root tips of some plants of Bambusoideae were observed. The chromosomes counts of 9 species belong to 3 genera; Bambusa, Phyllostachys, Pseudosasa. On these numbers of chromosome, 7 species are reported here for the first time.The present records are as follows: Bambusa ventricosa McClure 2n = 72, Phyllostachys atrovaginata Chao et Chou 2n = 48, Ph. fimbriligula Wen 2n = 48, Ph. heterocycla var. pubescent (Mazel) Ohwi. 2n = 48, Ph. heterocycla var. pubescens f. nabishimana 2n=36, 48, Ph. nigra Munro 2n = 48, Ph. praecox Chu et Chao 2n = 46, Ph. prominent Xiong 2n = 44, 48, Pseudosasa amabilis Keng f. 2n = 48. |
