摘    要:对翅片管式换热器结构进行了优化设计和改进,并采用TESCOR平台———换热器性能实验台对改进前后的换热器的热力性能进行了测试。提出了强化翅片管式换热器换热性能的两种方法:一种是将低温工况下易结霜的换热器(蒸发器)翅片管设计成变间距翅片结构,使其既增加了管内翅片的传热面积,又提高了管内气流的流速;另一种是将空调工况下的换热器的等螺距内螺纹管设计成变螺距内螺纹管,以增加管内气流的扰动,提高传热系数。并对用这两种方法改进后的换热器的热力性能进行了计算,结果表明,其传热系数分别提高了9.8%和3.82%。

Abstract:In order to optimize the structure of fin-tube heat exchangers,two methods was put forward in the paper.Under refrigeration condition,the spacing of fins was varied in the easily-frosted heat exchangers.Under air-conditioning condition,the thread pitch of the inner screw thread tubes was varied.The results have shown that the heat transfer coefficients in the two cases can be increased by 9.8%% and 3.82% respectively.
