云南省水稻品种对稻瘟病抗性遗传研究

摘    要: 用ZA1、ZB13、ZC13、ZD1、ZE1、ZF1、ZG1 7个菌系对云南26个粳稻品种进行抗性基因分析。结果表明,F2代抗性2.2%受3对显性基因控制,58.1%受1对显性基因控制,39.7%受2对互作基因控制。受2对基因控制的,其基因间有重迭、抑制、互补等作用。16个组合的F1代回交表明,B1F1的抗感表现与F2代结果基本相同。正反交F1、F2代表现一致,说明抗性遗传是细胞核遗传,不受细胞质影响。

Abstract:The resistance genes of twenty six Yunnan japanica rice varieties have been analysed using seven Chinese strains of rice blast fungus(ZA_1, ZB_(13), ZC_(13), ZD_1, ZE_1, ZF_1, ZG_1). The results of F_1. F_2. B_1F_1 plants of the combinations indicated that most resistances of the tested varieties were controlled by a single or two dominant genes. In two genes there were duplicate effects, complementary effects, and inhibiting effects. The results of reciprocal crosses F_1 and F_2 plants were the same it indicated that the inheritances were of nuclear not of cytoplasmic.
