日粮Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe含量对产蛋鸡微量元素表观利用率和鸡蛋品质的影响

摘    要:将19周龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡525只,随机分为5个处理,每处理7个重复,每重复15只鸡,试验持续14周。处理A为对照组,不添加微量元素;处理B,基础日粮添加Zn 28.7 mg/kg;处理C,基础日粮添加Zn63.7、Mn 30.0和Cu 2.5 mg/kg;处理D,基础日粮添加Zn 98.7、Mn 60.0和Cu 6.5 mg/kg;处理E,基础日粮添加Zn 17.0、Mn 14.7、Cu 2.0和Fe 30.0 mg/kg。研究微量元素添加量对微量元素表观利用率和鸡蛋品质的影响。结果表明,排泄物中微量元素含量随日粮含量升高而显著升高,Zn、Cu、Fe的表观利用率各处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮Mn含量显著影响Mn利用率(P<0.05)。日粮Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe含量显著影响蛋黄胆固醇浓度和去壳全蛋Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe含量(P<0.05)。蛋黄颜色各处理间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑,基础日粮添加Zn 28.8 mg/kg可显著改善鸡蛋品质。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary content and combinations of Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe on apparent availability of these elements and egg quality.The experiment comprised 525 19-week-old Lohmann Brown laying hens in 5 groups for 14 weeks. The basal diet contained Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe at 76.3,90.0,13.5 and 868.8 mg/kg,respectively.The experimental diets were supplemented with trace minerals(inorganic forms) at different levels:(a) the control group without trace mineral supplementation,and basal diet supplemented with(b) 28.7 mg/kg of Zn,(c) 63.7 mg/kg of Zn,30.0 mg/kg of Mn and 2.5 mg/kg of Cu,(d) 98.7 mg/kg of Zn,60.0 mg/kg of Mn and 6.5 mg/kg of Cu,(e) 17.0 mg/kg of Zn,14.7 mg/kg of Mn,2.0 mg/kg of Cu and 30.0 mg/kg of Fe.In conclusion,the contents of Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe in excreta were related to their dietary content.The apparent availability of Zn,Cu,Fe were not effected by dietary contents of Zn,Cu,Fe(P>0.05).The apparent availability of Mn was effected by dietary content of Mn (P<0.05).The concentrations of egg yolk cholesterol were effected by dietary contents of Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe(P<(0.01)).The contents of Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe in egg were effected by dietary contents of Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe.The yolk color was not different among groups(P>(0.05)).
