| 摘 要： | 以我国水资源较为短缺的河南省开封市为例，对该地区水资源利用趋势进行预测，并对水资源进行平衡分析。从深入分析水资源供求趋势出发，以水资源预测理论为基础，对开封市不同水平年来水及各行业用水情况进行了科学的预测，并在此基础上对规划水平年进行了水量供需平衡分析。 |

| Abstract: | The main tendencies in the development of water remurces are forecasted and the water balance is analyzed with a case study of Kaifeng City, one of the water shortage regions in China. Aimed at analysis of tendencies in water resources supply and demand, the inflow and water uses for different sectors for the planned years at different levels are forecasted on the basis of water resources forecasting theories, and the water balance between water supply and demand is analyzed for the planned years at different levels. |
