果实表皮毛的扫描电镜观察及其对果实表面荧光特性的影响

摘    要:以扫描电镜技术观察了桃(94-1-40)和2种猕猴桃(中华36和美味84)果实膨大期的表皮毛,并利用Im a-ging-PAM测定了其去表皮毛前后果实表皮荧光动力学参数。结果表明,桃果实表皮密布长圆锥状单细胞非腺毛,中华36果实表皮被覆瘪缩的单细胞毛,美味84果实表皮毛发达且分枝。去表皮毛后,3种果实表皮的F0和NPQ升高,Fv/Fm、Y ield、qP和ETR降低,这些参数的变化具有明显的种间和时间差异,而且其差异达到了不同的显著水平。这表明强光下3种果实表皮主要的保护机制很可能是依赖PSII反应中心可逆失活的热耗散。

Abstract:Fruit trichome of the peach(Prunus persia cv.94-1-40) and Kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis Planch.cv.36 and Actinidia deliciosa cv.84) were observed with SEM technique during fruit enlargement period,and fluorescence induction kinetics parameters of fruit epidermis were determined by Imaging-PAM before the removal of trichome and after that.The long conical unicellular non-glandular trichome were distributed in the peach epidermis.Fruit epidermis of Actinidia chinensis Planch.cv.36 were covered with shrunhen unicellular trichome,and fruit trichome of Actinidia deliciosa cv.84 were ramified and developed.After the removal of trichome F_0 and NPQ of fruit epidermis trialed increased,while their Fv/Fm,Yield,qP and ETR decreased.Ranges of the parameters had distinct interspecific and temporal differences.The difference of them reached different significant levels.Changes of them indicated that the main protective mechanism of the fruit epidermis trialed under intense light was likely photosystem II reaction centers-dependent and reversible and inactive thermal energy dissipation.
