Change Tendency of Vegetable Species Daily for Residents in Shandong

Abstract: The change tendency of vegetable species eaten daily for residents in Shandong was surveyedby field investigation and questionnaire. The results showed that the vegetable species was developed to bediversity. New breeds of the same variety vegetables were emerging. The market were filled with seasonal vegetables, whose supply had no slack season. The supply of edible fungus was increasing daily and the demand exceeds supply. People first bought wild vegetable, whose market had great potential. Chinese medicine vegetable was quietly arisen, which was gradually maximized. The daily edible vegetables of shandong residents were developing in variety, anti-season, wild, medicinal and health care.
