| 摘 要： | 综述了我国花生产业发展在政策支持、科技扶持、专业化生产、食品安全和深层加工等方面需亟待解决的问题，指出解决这些问题的主要策略是落实支持政策、搞好区域规划、加强科研工作、培育和引进优良品种、提高市场意识、搞好产供销衔接和注重食品安全，通过花生深加工提高综合效益。

| Abstract: | The problems of the peanut industry in China existing in many ways such as policy-support,scientific and technological support,specialized production,safety of food and deep processing were summarized in this essay.For the purpose of solving these problems,the strategies of implementing the support of policy,making a good regional planning,improving the scientific effort,breading and introducing new varieties,enhancing the market awareness,combining the production nicely with the selling,emphasizing the food safety,improving the comprehensive benefits by means of deep processing of peanut were put toward. |
