伊贝母试管快速繁殖

摘    要:本文报道了通过组织培养方法对伊贝母Cftitillatiae pallidifrorae Schrenk)鳞茎和茎段外植体进行快速繁殖。采用MS、1/2MS和Bs3种培养基,附加不同配比的激素进行无菌培养后获得完整试管苗。试验结果表明:3种培养基对鳞茎和茎段外植体愈伤组织诱导率和芽分化率高低依次为:Ms>1/2MS>Ms;生长素NAA和细胞分裂素BA的配比为4 ∶1左右时,诱导率和分化率较高;茎段外植体不适于快速繁殖,鳞茎外植体在3种培养基中均表现出较高的诱导率和分化率,并可在愈伤组织形成的同时或不经过愈伤组织而分化出大量芽,是伊贝母快速繁殖中理想的外植体。

Abstract:The quick reprodution of Fritillariae pallidifrorae Schrenk with bulb and stem throuth tissue culture was reported in this paper. Three mediums, MS. 1/2MS, and B_5 added different proportions of hormones were used to cultivate testtube plants. The results showed that the buld and stem induction rate and defferentiation rate of buds in three mediums were : MS>1/2MS>B_5. When the ratio of NAAto BAwas 4:1, the induction rate and differentiation rate were quite high. Stem was unsuitable for quick reproduction. Whereas bulb in the three mediums result in high induction rate and differentiation rate, Quick a lot buds were produced during culture regardless of the formation of callus. So bulbs were considered to be the ideal exoplant for quick reprodrction of Fritillariae pallidifrorae Schrent
