Abstract:This article mainly introduce the quality management system audit for food plant - the third party audit technique,it described on the following areas: the third party audit purpose,opening meeting technique,auditor's audit principle,auditor's skill requirements, applied audit technique,audit report preparation,closing meeting and corrective action preparation,as well as how to follow up post audit activities.
