| 摘 要： | 闭式回路的设计、安装调试以及维护相对于开式回路具有较高的难度和技术要求。针对闭式回路系统中斜盘式轴向柱塞变量泵的结构和参数计算进行了研究,以REXROTH(力士乐)生产的A4VG系列变量泵为例,对其6种变量控制方式及其使用场合进行了详细分析,研究结果对变量泵的选用和开发设计具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the open system,the hydraulic closed -circuit is more difficulty in its design,installation and maintaining.The structure and parameter of the slanting axial piston pump in the hydraulic close circuit are studied in this paper.Taking the REXROTH A4VG series variable pump as an example,six control modes and their suitable applications are analyzed in detail.The result of the study has an important meaning to the variable pump selection and design. |
