基于CAD/CAM技术的齿轮机构参数化设计与运动仿真的研究

摘    要:利用CAD/CAM技术对一级圆柱齿轮变速箱的各零件进行三维实体建模,对变速箱整机进行虚拟装配,并能进行运动仿真,该设计方法可以在物理样机制造前发现设计中存在的不足,便于产品进行改进和优化,能够大大提高产品的开发效率,节约产品的开发成本.

Abstract:Use CAD/CAM technology for a cylindrical gear transmission of three-dimensional solid modeling of parts,assembly virtually on transmission machine,and can exercise simulation.The design method can find shortcomings in the physical design of the prototype before manufacturing,to facilitate product improvement and optimization,can greatly enhance the efficiency of product development,and save product development cost.
