摘    要:现代数控机床集合了电子计算机、伺服系统、自动控制系统、精密测量系统及新型机构等先进技术,能够加工形状复杂、精密、小批量零件,并且具有加工精度高、生产效率高、适应性强等特点.随着我国制造业的快速发展,数控机床在机械制造业已得到广泛应用,且对数控机床的精度要求也越来越高.如何检测数控机床的精度,正成为各行业用户在验收与维护数控机床时非常关注的问题.

Abstract:The collection of modern CNC machine tools the advanced technology of the computer,servo systems,automatic control systems,precision measurement systems and new institutions,capable of processing shape complex,sophisticated,small quantities of parts and machining high precision,high production efficiency,adaptability and other characteristics.With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing,CNC machine tools are widely used in machinery manufacturing,and increasingly high precision CNC machine tools.How to detect the accuracy of CNC machine tools,is becoming of great concern to users in various industries in the acceptance and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
