杭州市富阳区万市镇石笋产业现状及发展对策

石竹（Phyllostachys nuda）为小型优良笋材两用竹种，因笋质优良而极具市场开发价值。万市镇是浙江省杭州市石竹的分布集中区域，有着悠久的石笋加工历史，石笋产业已成为当地竹农的支柱产业。由于受到土地竞争性利用及传统粗放经营技术的限制，石笋产业未能得到很好的发展。文章分析了万市镇发展石笋产业的优势和劣势，提出了加快石笋产业发展的建议，以真正实现“一根竹子富一方”的目标，助力乡村振兴。

Current Status and Development Strategy of Phyllostachys nuda Industry in Wanshi Town,Zhejiang Province

Phyllostachys nuda is a small-size bamboo species for both bamboo shoot yield and bamboo timber production, which has the high value of market development due to its excellent shoot quality. Wanshi Town in Fuyang District of Hangzhou is one of the towns with the most densely distributed Ph. nuda and has a long history of shoot processing. The Ph. nuda shoot processing industry has been the pillar industry for farmers in this town. However, the industry fails to develop well owing to the competitive use of land and the traditional extensive management techniques. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for Wanshi Town to develop Ph. nuda shoot industry, and comes up with the suggestions on accelerating the industry development, with the purpose to realize the goal of bringing the town to the wealth with the bamboo and contribute to the rural revitalization.
