阳起石、菟丝子与淫羊藿对肾阳虚大鼠性激素及其受体表达的影响

摘    要:为了比较阳起石、菟丝子、淫羊藿对肾阳虚模型大鼠的治疗效果,通过肌肉注射氢化可地松制作了肾阳虚大鼠模型,并在3种药物治疗前后分别对体质量、脏器指数、子宫角长度、子宫中段外径、激素水平及其受体基因的表达情况进行了比较研究。结果显示,阳起石、菟丝子、淫羊藿均能够显著增加大鼠的肝脏指数,提高大鼠黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、雌激素及激素受体的表达水平,其中阳起石与菟丝子对激素分泌的调节优于淫羊藿,而阳起石与淫羊藿对激素受体表达的调节优于菟丝子。结果表明,这3种药物能通过促进激素分泌和激素受体的表达来改善肾阳虚动物子宫和卵巢的功能,且3种药物的疗效各有优势。
