不同配方植物生长调节剂对水稻氮代谢的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了植物生长调节剂不同配方对水稻氮代谢,籽粒、糙米的全氮、蛋自氮含量和籽粒蛋白质产量的影响.结果表明:喷施合理配方的植物生长调节剂,可使水稻在生殖生长前期叶片和茎鞘保持较强的氮素同化能力,在生殖生长后期叶片和茎鞘中氮的降解和转运再利用能力增强;可增强水稻功能叶的硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶和蛋白水解酶活性及籽粒的谷氨酰胺合成酶活性;提高籽粒和糙米中全氮及蛋白氮含量.籽粒蛋白质产量以新型植物生长调节剂配方7+吐温80(PGRF7)为最高,其次为新型植物生长调节剂配方6+吐温80(PGRF6),再次为新型植物生长调节剂配方3+吐温80(PGRF3),分别比对照增产17.9%,15.9%,13.7%.研究结果表明,PGRF7与PGRF6配方处理效果最好,PGRF3配方处理次之。

Abstract:This paper dealt with the effects of different formulas of new plant growth regulators on rice nitrogen metabolism,grain and brown rice protein contents and grain protein yield.The results showed that spraying suitable formulas of PGR could make functional leaves and stem-sheaths of rice maintain strong assimilation ability of N in the earlier stage of reproductive growth,and enhance the abilities of degradation,transportation and reutilization of N in functional leaves and stem-sheaths of rice in the later stage of reproduction growth.The activities of nitrate reductase (NR),glufamine synthetase(GS),and protease in functional leaves of rice and glutamine synthetase in grain of rice were strengthened.The contents of total N and protein N in grain and brown of rice were increased obviously.Among these treatments,the rice grain protein yield of treatment PGRF7 is the highest,that of treatment PGRF6 takes the second place,and that of treatment PGRF3,the third place.Their protein yield was increased by 17.9%,15.9% and 13.7% compared with treatment CK respectively.All in all, the formula of PGRF7 had the best effects,the formula of PGRF6 taken the second place and the formula of PGRF3 taken the third place.
