摘    要:以烤烟品种吉烟9号为材料,通过田间试验研究了不同施氮量对烤烟物理性状、化学成分和香气质量的影响.结果表明,施氮量低于60 kg/hm2时烟叶物理性状较差,化学成分和致香物质的组成不够协调;施氮量67.5 kg/hm2时烟叶致香物质总量高于施氮量60 kg/hm2处理,而施氮量60 kg/hm2时烟叶物理性状较好,不同程度地提高了类西柏烷类、类胡萝卜素类和棕色化产物类致香物质含量,化学成分和致香物质的组成较为协调,感官评吸香气质纯净,香气量较足.表明施氮量60 kg/hm2能较好地满足烟草生长发育,为提高烟叶香气质量奠定基础.

Abstract:Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizers on the physical properties,chemical components and aroma quality of a tobacco cultivar,Jiyan 9. The results showed that physical properties were totally poor,chemical componets of tobacco leaves and aroma constitutents were not harmonious in the treatments with amount of nitrogen fertilizer below 60 kg/hm2;there were more roma constitutents in the treatments with 67.5 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer than that of the treatme...
