| 摘 要： | 目前我国草原退化形势依然严峻。已有的草原管理模式难以应对草原生态系统的动态性、不确定性等复杂性特征。适应性管理是管理动态、不确定性系统的有力工具之一。笔者概述了适应性管理理论与实践在国内外的研究现状,分析了我国草原适应性管理的重点任务,提出加强草原生态系统基础研究、整合多维度理论、知识与方法、开展模式示范、构建数字草原信息网络、提高监测预测能力等重要措施,为全面开展草原适应性管理,遏制我国草原退化,维持系统稳定并提高草原生产力水平奠定基础。
