PCBN刀具在切削加工中的应用

聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN,PolycrystallineCubicBoronNitride)是立方氮化硼(CBN,CubicBoronNitride)颗粒加结合剂在高温高压下烧结而成的非天然的物质,其硬度仅次于金刚石,且具有较好的导热性和耐磨性、较高的热稳定性和优良的化学稳定性,是理想的切削铁系金属的刀具材料。根据结合剂种类的不同及CBN含量的不同,PCBN刀具的切削性能也有所不同。为此,介绍了PCBN刀具材料的物理性能和切削性能,阐述了PCBN刀具在不同切削领域应用的特点,并对其关键技术进行了探讨。

PCBN Cutting Tool and Its Applications in Cutting Machining

PCBN is non-natural matter formed with CBN and agglutinant sintering in the high temperature and pressure. Its hardness is second only to diamond, and has the better conductivity for heat and abrade ability, the higher heat endurance and the excellent chemical endurance. It is the ideal cutter material used to cutting ferrous series metal. According to different kinds of agglutinant and different content of CBN, the cutting performance of PCBN cutter is also different. For this reason, this paper introduces the physical and cutting performance of PCBN cutter materials, and also promotes the features of them used in different cutting fields. The Key technology is also discussed.
