中国棉花生产中存在的主要问题及建议

2003-2007年完成了农业部连续5年的全国棉花质量安全普查工作,在三大主产棉区选取546个基点进行了棉花生产状况调查,同时抽取2201份棉花样品进行纤维质量检测,结果表明:中国的棉花质量与美国大体相当,在中国的棉花生产中存在着生产规模小、品种多乱杂、种植方式和管理水平各不相同、有毒有害物质使用量偏高、收购与经营市场混乱和年度生产波动性大等六大问题,并提出了加强育种研究、完善宏观调控、实行区划种植、规范栽培技术、加强收购管理等几点改进建议,以确保棉花生产的优质高效,农民能增产增收.

National Cotton quality and safety of the census results and recommendations

Abstract: The census of the national cotton quality and safety was completed in 2003-2007. In the three main cotton-producing regions , 546 basis points were selected for a survey of cotton production, while 2201 samples were taken for cotton fiber quality testing, Master of Chinese cotton production and quality of the basic conditions and found that a number of inherent problems and made a few suggestions for improvement.
