上海发展节约型农业的基本模式研究

秉承以人为本的科学发展观，遵循可持续发展的战略；把循环经济的理念渗透到节约型农业的建设和发展中，推进“节能减排”新的生产方式；坚持资源开发与节约并重，把节约放在首位，以提高资源利用效率为核心；以节地、节水、节肥、节药、节种、节能和资源的综合循环利用为重点，探索新型的上海节约型农业发展模式。具体来讲，可发展两大类型的节约型农业：一是资源节约利用型模式，如休闲农业、设施农业、立体农业。二是资源循环利用型模式，如生态农业、循环农业。
