| 摘 要： | 一个高校图书馆的馆藏建设只有为研究和教学服务，才有可能得到发展。高校图书馆现有的馆藏策略必须包括各种新老载体的采访准则和规范。柔性管理作为一种以人为本的管理，已成为适应时代发展的科学管理模式。
