| 摘 要： | 通过对三江源地区信息网络现状和存在问题的阐述,分析了网络信息对当地经济发展的重要意义,提出网络远程教育对提高当地基层领导干部和专业建设人员的科技素质、技术创新意识、科学决策能力的重要作用,展望了信息网络在三江源地区的应用前景. |

| Abstract: | The study of the present situation of information network and the problem existenting in the source region of Yangtze,Yellow and Yalu Tsangpo Rivers showed that the information network was significance on the nation economy and the network long-distance education was important to enhance the science and technology attainment,technical innovative consciousness,scientific dicision-making ability of the grass roots leadings and local Profession. |
