| 摘 要： | 芦笋是多年生宿根性草本植物,抗旱耐寒、适应性强,是当前我国农业结构调整中利于农民创收的好项目.随着国际芦笋产业逐步向发展中国家转移,我国迎来了芦笋产业发展的春天.综述了目前我国芦笋种植生产及加工现状,对我国芦笋产业的前景进行了展望;同时分析了我国芦笋产业发展中存在的问题,并给出了对策建议.
