杨凌示范区对关中各市农业经济增长的效应分析

利用陕西省统计年鉴和地市统计年报资料,采用协整检验、格兰杰因果检验和广义脉冲响应函数等研究方法,对杨凌与关中各市的农业经济增长进行关联效应分析。结果发现:二者之间在农业生产总量上的关联性要好于农业人均产量,在农业产值上的关联性要好于农业增长;地区农业经济增长受到冲击后给其他地区仅带来短期影响;在农业生产总量上杨凌对其他地区产生拉动作用,但后者对前者却产生相反作用;在农业人均产量上二者之间存在相互阻碍。因此,在地区农业发展中,要根据不同的发展目标制定有区别的农业政策,并对农民行为进行适当引导。
