| Abstract: | The study gets the background content of Hg,As,Cd and Cr in eleven kinds of agricultural products by getting typical sample,putting to the test and mathematical statistics.It serves as a scientific basis for evaluating the quality and safety of agricultural products in Shanxi.It is also useful for establishing local standard of quality of agricultural products and adjusting construction of food for the local inhabitant. |
