摘    要:以11个甜荞品种和12个苦荞品种为材料,在云南、西藏、山西、内蒙、宁夏、青海6个生态区进行种植,研究了生态因子对甜荞和苦荞农艺性状和品质性状的影响。结果表明,甜荞和苦荞平均产量分别为98.11和138.35 kg·亩-1,可溶性蛋白质平均含量分别为13.49%和10.21%,黄酮平均含量分别为0.03%和2.45%。甜荞和苦荞品种不同栽培地点的单株粒重和产量的变异系数较大。栽培地点对甜荞和苦荞农艺性状与品质性状的影响比基因型的影响大。除了甜荞籽粒黄酮含量,甜荞和苦荞各性状在不同栽培地点均存在显著差异。生态因子与农艺性状和品质性状的相关性分析显示,甜荞产量与海拔呈正相关,可溶性蛋白质含量与海拔呈极显著正相关;苦荞产量和黄酮含量均与海拔呈正相关,表明海拔是影响甜荞和苦荞产量和品质性状的主要生态因素。本研究发现甜荞和苦荞对环境敏感性都存在着品种差异。

Abstract:Eleven common buckwheat and 12 tartary buckwheat were planted in six ecological regions of Yunnan, Tibet, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Qinghai. Effects of ecological factors on agronomic and quality traits of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat. The results showed that, the average yield of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat were 98.11 kg·mu-1 and 138.35 kg·mu-1 respectively, the average content of soluble protein was 13.49% and 10.21% respectively, the average content of flavonoids was 0.03% and 2.45% respectively. The widest variation was observed for grain weight per plant and grain yield cultivated in different locations of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat. The effect of cultivation locations on the agronomic and quality traits of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat was greater than that of genotype. In addition to the content of flavonoids in common buckwheat seeds, there were significant differences in the characters of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat in different cultivation locations. Correlation analysis showed that the yield of common buckwheat was positively correlated with altitude, and the content of soluble protein was positively correlated with altitude, the yield and flavone content of tartary buckwheat were positively correlated with altitude, which indicated that altitude was
