不同碳氮源对山楂叶悬钩子炭疽病病菌生长的影响

摘    要:为探究山楂叶悬钩子炭蛆病的防治方法,采用不同碳氮源对山楂叶悬钩子炭疽病病菌生长的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明:不同碳源对菌丝生长影响的培养基首选蔗糖、葡萄糖,其次为乳糖、D-果糖;不同氮源对菌丝生长影响的培养基首选蛋白胨;不同碳源对孢子萌发率影响首选葡萄糖、麦芽糖,其次为乳糖;不同氮源对孢子萌发率影响首选蛋白胨、甘氨酸。

Abstract:For the purpose of searching controlling methods for anthracnose pathogen of Rubus kanayamensis Levl.et Vant,the effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on Rubus kanayamensis Levl.et Vant anthracnose pathogen growth were investigated.The results showed that the first choice of different carbon sources on mycelial growth medium was sucrose and glucose,followed by lactose and D fructose;the first choice of different nitrogen sources on mycelial growth medium was peptone;The first choice of different carbon sources on spore germination rate were maltose and glucose,followed by lactose;The first choice of different nitrogen source on spore germination of ring were peptone and glycine.
