| 摘 要： | 采用ArcEngine,ArcSDE,Oracle,面向对象开发语言Micirosoft Visual C#等技术,集成土地储备交易业务模型,开发土地储备交易信息系统。实现土地储备交易管理的网络化、信息化、自动化,具有地图操作、土地一二级测算、经济容积率求解、经济可行性评价、评价报告自动生成等功能。

| Abstract: | This paper presents ArcEngine,ArcSDE,Oracle,Microsoft Visual C# and other technologies to develop land banking and transaction information system which integrates the business model of land banking and transaction.The system realizes the information and network management about land banking and transaction,provides the functions such as map handling,land Class A measurement,land Class B measurement,economic volume rate calculation,economic feasibility assessment,generating assessment reports automatically and so on. |
