| 摘 要： | 介绍了提取粘菌DNA的新方法－玻片压碎法，即在两硅化的载玻片间压碎于孢子，提取粘菌的DNA。结果表明：用该法提取的粘菌DNA十分有效、可行，适用于多种分子生物学分析，如RAPD分析、PCR扩增等。

| Abstract: | A new method, crashing spores with siliconized slides, for extracting DNA from Myxomycetes was introduced. The results showed that this method was effective and adaptable for extracting DNA from myxomycetes and could be applied to many kinds of molecular biological analyses, such as RAPD, PCR, etc. |
