摘    要:石油污染土壤已是土壤生态环境保护急需解决的关键问题,如何高效修复污染土壤日渐成为研究热点。微生物修复石油污染土壤是一种经济、高效且生态可承受的绿色清洁技术。在此背景下分析了石油污染土壤微生物修复的主要影响因素;阐述了在石油污染土壤堆腐化修复过程中,通过添加石油降解菌(群)、氧化剂、营养物质和表面活性剂等措施来强化石油污染土壤的修复效果;探讨了石油污染土壤微生物修复技术的发展方向,可为下一步研究提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Petroleum contaminated soil is an urgent problem to be solved in the protection of soil ecological environment. How to effectively remediate contaminated soil has become a research hotspot. Microbial remediation technology is a kind of economical, efficient and ecological green cleaning technology to deal with petroleum contaminated soil. Under this background, the influencing factors of microbial remediation of petroleum contaminated soil were analyzed. In the process of composting remediation of petroleum contaminated soil, measures such as adding petroleum degrading bacteria, oxidant, nutrient substance and surfactant were introduced to enhance the remediation effect of petroleum contaminated soil. Finally, the development directions of microbial remediation technology of petroleum contaminated soil were discussed for providing a reference for further research.
