低温合成脲醛树脂胶粘剂的研究

摘    要:在低温下并加入聚乙烯醇改性,合成了一种新型脲醛树脂胶粘剂。适用于人造板制造,性能优于传统方法制备的脲醛树脂胶粘剂。其中游离甲醛的含量低,耐水性和耐老化性得到了改善。低温合成工艺还可以节约能源,避免废水污染。

Abstract:A new form of urea formaldhyrle (UF) resin a hesive modified with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was synthesized at low temperature. This new adhesive performed much better than the traditional preparations for artificial boards manufacture as that the new UF resin adhesive has low free formaldehyde content and improved waterproof and ageing resistance properties.Low temperature synthetic process can also reduce energy consumption and avoid waste water pollution.
