污泥堆肥用于观叶植物银叶菊无土栽培的研究

摘    要:[目的]筛选银叶菊无土栽培的最佳基质。[方法]以污泥堆肥、蛭石和珍珠岩为原料配制银叶菊无土栽培基质,研究不同基质对银叶菊营养生长的影响。[结果]50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊冠幅、株高长势最好,60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)次之;60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊叶长、叶宽长势最好,叶片N、P含量最高,50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)次之;50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)和60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊的生物量极显著高于蛭石+珍珠岩基质中的银叶菊。[结论]银叶菊无土栽培的适宜基质为50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)和60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)。
