摘    要:采用电泳分离法 ,对不同抗性南瓜品种感染 Phytophthora capsici病菌后几种酶同工酶谱分析。结果表明 ,感病品种接种后与健康植株相比 ,POD、PPO酶带几乎没有增加 ,抗病品种接种后与健康植株相比 ,增加 2条 POD酶带 (Rf=0 .6 30 8,0 .70 77) ,增加 3条 PPO酶带 (Rf=0 .3,0 .6 2 86 ,0 .74 2 9)。抗感品种健康植株 POD、PPO酶带数基本相同 ,接种后抗病品种比感病品种多 3条 POD酶带 (Rf=0 .2 6 15 ,0 .6 30 8,0 .70 77)和 3条 PPO酶带 (Rf=0 .3,0 .6 2 86 ,0 .74 2 9)

Abstract:The inoculation stems of susceptible cultivars have similar PPO.POD isozyme bands to the healthy one.The inoculation stems of resistant cultivars have two more POD isozyme bands and three more PPO isozyme bands than the healthy one of resistant cultivar.The healthy stems of resistant cultivars had similar isozyme bands to the healthy one of susceptible cultivars.The inoculation stems of resistant cultivars had three more POD isozyme bands and three more PPO isozyme bands than the one of susceptible.
