| 摘 要： | 十八台村保护地蔬菜种植是内蒙古丰镇市UNDP科技特派员项目的一个示范项目,实施3年以来,探索出适合当地的有偿系列服务模式,形成利益循环机制,从而增加了农民和科技特派员的收入,调动了他们的积极性,促进了产业发展。但是十八台村保护地蔬菜产业要想长效发展,还存在设施破损、信息缺乏、技术掌握较差等方面的问题。在此分析基础上,以农业设施的更新改造为切入点,为建立科技特派员示范项目长效发展机制提出建设性意见。
