摘    要:探讨不同程度干旱胁迫对苗期红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)的影响及抗旱性差异,为红豆草种质材料抗旱新品种选育、种质资源的开发利用提供理论依据。以7份红豆草材料(5份来自俄罗斯,2份源于中国)为研究对象,盆栽模拟土壤干旱条件,对不同程度干旱胁迫下各材料的株高、地上生物量、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素、MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及脯氨酸含量进行了测定。结果表明:随干旱胁迫程度的加剧,植株高度、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量都明显下降,重度胁迫下,蒙农红豆草的株高、地上生物量、叶绿素含量均显著低于其他红豆草材料,甘肃红豆草的叶片保水能力相对较好;MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量都明显上升,重度胁迫下,Ⅱ材料的MDA含量、甘肃红豆草的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及脯氨酸含量均显著低于其他红豆草材料。经抗旱隶属函数分析,得出其抗旱性顺序为:ZXY2003p-147ZXY2003p-132=ZXY2005p-623ZXY2007p-3423ZXY2010p-7369甘肃红豆草蒙农红豆草。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of sainfoin materials at seedling stage and difference of drought resistance in different degrees of drought stress,and provide a basis for new species selection and the exploitation and utilization of sainfoin germplasm,the drought resistance of 7 sainfoin (Onobrychis viciaefolia) germplasms from Russia and China were investigated under simulated soil drought condition,the plant height,aboveground biomass,relative water content of leaves,contents of chlorophyll,MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline were measured.The results showed that the plant height,leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased significantly along with drought stress.Under severe stress,the plant height,aboveground biomass and chlorophyll content of O.viciaefolia cv.Mengnong were significantly lower than that of other materials,the leaf water holding ability of O.viciaefolia cv.Gansu was relatively good,the content of MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increased significantly,the MDA content of material II,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline content of O.viciaefolia cv.Gansu were significantly lower than that of other materials.After the comprehensive analysis of the membership function,the orders of subordinate function values was ZXY2003p-147>ZXY2003p-132> ZXY2005p-623>ZXY2007p-3423>ZXY2010p-7369>O.viciaefolia cv.Gansu> O.viciaefolia cv.Mengnong.
