化学杂交剂对不同品种油菜的杀雄效果研究

摘    要:采用裂区设计,比较了化杀灵和SX-1两种化学杂交剂对5个不同油菜品种的杀雄效果。结果表明,2种化学杂交剂都能诱导产生90%以上的雄性不育率,其中SX-1能够诱导产生平均大于95%的雄性不育率,杀雄彻底,不育持续时间较长,受品种基因型差异影响较小是一种比化杀灵更为优良的化学杂交剂。不同品种对化学杂交剂的敏感性存在显著差异,因此在杂交制种前,必须对母本进行浓度梯度和药量试验,以确定最适宜浓度药量。

Abstract:The split polt design was used for comparing sterilizing effect and sensitivity of Huashaling and SX-1 on different five varieties. The results has showed that Huashaling and SX-1 could produce above 90% male sterility among varieties. And the effect of SX-1 was better than Huashaling. Not only it could induce male sterility on average greater than 95%, longer sterilizing lasting term, also the smaller effect by genotype differences among varieties. All in all, the sensibility of chemical hybridizing agent on varieties was significant variation. So it was necessity of testing the concentration gradient and drug loading on the female parent to ensure the optimum concentration and dosage before spraying.
