| 摘 要： | 对于同时有多种油品在管道内顺序输送的成品油管道,沿线油品分输的对象主要是面向市场的石油销售公司.有效制定管道的油品调度运行计划,将关系到管道安全运行和石油销售公司的经济利益.为了使成品油管道更好地面向市场经营,满足多变的市场需求,对成品油管道调度运行计划的制定作了基础研究,并在此基础上开发了制定调度运行计划的软件.
