摘    要:目的]为高寒地区露天污泥发酵提供参考。方法]以城市污水厂的脱水污泥为材料,将其与碳源、调理剂、疏松剂等按不同比例配合,在冬季室外环境温度-15~-3℃条件下进行高温堆肥快速稳定中试试验,测定试验期间堆体温度及含氧量的变化情况。结果]堆肥4~6d后,堆温迅速上升至50℃,污泥稳定处理所需时间为10d左右;经过堆肥处理,污泥减量49.5%~58.6%,含水率小于40%,无臭,便于运输。结论]采用高温堆肥快速稳定化工艺处理城市生活污泥是可行的。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to supply reference for outdoor sludge fermentation in high-cold area.Method]With dewatered sludge from urban sewage plant as material,it was compounded with carbon source,amendment and aerating mixture according to different proportions.The rapid and stead semi-works production experiment was performed on high-temperature composting in the outdoor environment with temperature at-15--3 ℃ in winter.The variations of temperature and oxygen content in compost during experimental period were determined.Result]After composting for 4-6 d,the compost temperature was increased to 50 ℃ rapidly and the stabilization time of sludge was about 10 d.After composting treatment,the sludge weight was reduced by 49.5%-58.6%,its water content was lower than 40% and it was odorless and easy to transport.Conclusion]It was feasible to treating urban domestic sludge by using high-temperature composting and rapid stabilization technology.
