摘    要:
构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)具有重要的生态价值和经济价值。以10个不同构树为研究材料,通过测定其光合作用的光响应曲线,光合生理指标,包括光合速率值、胞间CO2值、气孔导度值、蒸腾速率值,分析各指标对光辐射梯度的响应变化。结果表明,湛江和广州2个构树的最大光合速率高分别为22、16.3μmol CO2/(m2.s),胞间CO2的降幅小,分别为19.8%、25.9%,气孔导度的增幅大,为82.1%、84.4%,蒸腾速率平均值小,为6.48、6.42μmol/(m2.s),最适合在湛江生长。相对而言,山东、日本、广西构树比较适合在湛江生长,广州1、武汉、河南构树还有待进一步研究,而汕头、江苏构树不适宜生长。初步选出光合作用能力强的、独特的、具有代表性的构树,为指导今后的生产及研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Broussonetia papyrifera has significant ecological and economical value.Light response curves of photosynthesis,getting photosynthetic and physioecological parameters as Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr,were detected by use different introduction places Broussonetia papyrifera.The result showed that the plants from Zhanjiang and Guangzhou2 were the best suit to grow in Zhanjiang,they had high Pn 22 μmol CO2/(m2·s) and 16.3 μmol CO2/(m2·s);Ci declined little as 19.8% and 25.9%;Gs rose much as 82.1% and 84.4%;and Tr's average was low as 6.48μmol/(m2·s) and 6.42 μmol/(m2·s).Relatively,the plants from Japanese,Shandong and Guangxi were more comfortable to grow in Zhanjiang,Guangzhou1,Wuhan and Henan were unsure with these conditions,but Shantou and Jiangsu were not suitable to grow in Zhanjiang.
