摘    要:农产品贮藏保鲜是农产品加工的重要环节。为保持果蔬新鲜度,延长果蔬熟化过程,需要创造低温、高湿度、低氧、高二氧化碳、低乙烯、无菌等环境。通过介绍国外果蔬保鲜包装新技术成果,为果蔬保鲜加工企业提供技术支持。

Abstract:Storing and keeping fresh farm products are important procedures in processing these products.In order to keep fresh and delay the ripening process of vegetables and fruits,such environment as low temperature,high moisture,hypoxemia,high carbon dioxide, low ethane,and germ-free should be created.This article deals with the new techniques in refreshing and packaging vegetables and fruits at abroad so as to provide technical support for relevant processing enterprises.
