苏云金杆菌制剂毒力的快速检测

摘    要:用改进后的“小菜蛾-白菜菜叶法”对4个苏云金杆菌制剂样品的3批次生物测定结果表明,毒力效价的变异系数都低于5%,相关系数都高于0.94,检测值的稳定性高于菜叶法及其它方法,检测时间能从48h缩短到24h。

Abstract:A rapid detection method originated from the reported Leaf Method was used for bioassay of 4 Bt preparations for 3 repeats respectively. Results showed that the variant coefficients of the toxicity data were lower than 5%, and all correlative coefficients were above 0.94, which was more stable than the Leaf Method and other bioassay methods now being used. This rapid detection method was able to cut the detection time from 48 h to 24 h.
