| 摘 要： | 节水灌溉效果评价可评判节水灌溉项目实施的优劣程度,评价指标多,并具有模糊性。针对节水灌溉效果评价的特点,设计了节水灌溉综合评价指标体系,采用专家综合评判与模糊决策理论相结合的方法,建立了节水灌溉效果评价数学模型,并给出了应用实例。

| Abstract: | Water saving irrigation effect evaluation could evaluate the good or worse degree of water saving irrigation project construction and has fuzzy characteristic.Therefore,according to the feature of water saving irrigation evaluation,the index system is designed and the integrate method of expert colligation evaluation and fuzzy decision-making theory is adopted to establish a model for water saving irrigation effect evaluation,and the case study is given. |
