| 摘 要： | 本文结合三年多来烟台市农业信息化实践的经验 ,围绕如何提高农业信息服务的效果 ,从三方面加以阐述。一是以抓好网络基础设施建设、网站信息资源建设和机构队伍建设为主 ,打牢农业信息服务的基础 ,二是从农业信息服务的需求分析入手 ,探索创新农业信息传递与服务的“五大模式” ,从而把握农业信息服务的发展方向 ,以提高服务效果。三是探讨了如何推动农业信息服务向纵深方向发展

| Abstract: | This article incorporates with the practice experience of agricultural IT application in the Center of Agricultural information in Yantai city for three years,based on how to enhance the effect of agricultural information service,expounds from three aspects.The first is predominant as construction of network fundamental installation;construction of information resource and machinery procession,then stabilized the base of agricultural information service.Secondly,from analyzed the demand of agricultural information service,explored and innovated "five models" about impartment and service of agricultural information,then grasp the development direction of agricultural information.At last,analyzed how to improve agricultural information service to a deepen level. |
