华北落叶松人工林土壤真菌区系研究

摘    要:华北落叶松人工林土壤真菌共鉴定出55属,其中50%以上的属是半知菌。土壤真菌数量随海拔升高而减少,不同海拔林地土壤真菌的种群组成和相对密度有一定差异。凋落物层真菌数量L>H>F,与海拔、土壤类型无明显相关性;而土壤中真菌数量在平河梁为A>B>C,火地塘则表现为A>C>B。土壤真菌的种群分布随深度的增加呈现明显地寄生到腐生的演替规律。

Abstract:55 genera of fungi, more than 50% belonged to imperfect fungi, were isolated and i-dentified from litter and soil in a man- made forest of prince rupprecht's larch (Larix principis-rupprechtit ). It was proved that the fungous speies reduced gradually with the increasing of altitude, the fungous population structure and relative density varied obviously in the soils of differ-ent larch stands located at different elevations,and that the quantity of fungi in the litter was L - layer>H- layer>F - layer, which was not related to altitudes and soil types, the fungous quantity in soil of Pingheliang was A-layer>B-layer>C-layer and that of Huoditang was A -layer>C- layer>B- layer. The soil fungi behaved a rule of succession from arasitic to sapro-phytic with the increasing of soil depth.
