骏枣果实疮痂病病原鉴定

摘    要:目的]明确新疆和田地区骏枣果实疮痂病的病原菌。方法]从新疆和田地区枣园病果上分离患病组织,然后对其进行分离、提纯、致病性测定、形态观察和分子生物学鉴定。结果]从病果上共分离到2株细菌菌株,该2株细菌在NA培养基上均形成灰白色圆形菌落,菌落具光泽,略隆起。显微镜下细菌菌体短杆状,革兰氏染色反应为阴性。经柯赫氏法则证明均为骏枣疮痂病的致病菌,16SrD—NA序列分析结合形态学鉴定将致病菌鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.)。结论]为今后疮痂病病原菌的系统研究和防治提供了理论依据。

Identification of Pathogen Causing Scab Disease on Jun Jujube Fruit

Abstract: Objective] The aim was understand the pathogen causing scab disease on Jun jujube fruit in jujube yards of Hetian region of Xin- jiang. Method] The scab tissues collected from diseased fruit of Jun jujube scab disease in jujube yards of Hetian region of Xinjiang were iso- lated, purified, and made pathogenicity test, morphological observation and molecular biological identification. Result] Two strains were ob- tained from the diseased fruits. The two isolates formed grey-white, glossy, convex and round colonies. The bacterial were gram-negative and rod shape under the microscope. In artificial inoculation showed that the isolates could cause scab on fruits. The pathogen of Jun jujube fruit scab was identified as Pseudomons sp.. Conclusion ] This study lays theoretical basis for systematic study and control of scab disease pathogen.
